These terms and conditions specifically apply to domain registration and renewals.

All domains are renewed on an annual basis unless otherwise agreed with the registrant.  Invoices for domain renewals are sent out at least 30 days prior to the domain name expiry and is sent to the email address provided by the registrant. It is the responsibility of the registrant to ensure this address is up-to-date.

If the domain is not renewed or no longer wanted it will be left to expire and all services provided linked to the domain will be suspended. After 3 days the domain will be cancelled and deleted from the register and will be made available for resale. We cannot guarantee the renewal of a domain after this period. To avoid the loss of a domain name the registrant should ensure the domains are renewed well in advance of the expiry date.

The will not be any charge made for any domain to be transferd away to another registrar or TAG holder
